Covid-19 Policies

In the face of Covid-19, we are taking extra steps to keep you and your family safe! 

and other patrons in shared areas safe

I will personally meet you at the door. please text the salon to let us know you are there-

 We will then go up the stairs to my Suite which is located to the right.

if you are "fully" vaccinated- meaning it has been at least 2 weeks from your second shot. no mask is required

if you are not yet vaccinated or can not/do not plan to we require you and my self to keep masks on  

(In the case of color service please wear one you are ok getting stained around the ears or I can provide you with a disposable one )

We take stringent sanitation procedures above and beyond what is required, including a full surface and implement coating in barbicide for a full 10 mins. We are asking that all clients come alone to minimize traffic.

Some services are longer then others.

I will leave the room while you process under a heated dryer and always have a timer and will return once that time has expired.

This is a great time for you to eat or drink. 

Your safety and comfort are the most important things to us.

What We Ask Of You

  1.  Be on time please - We would like to ensure that everyone’s service begins at its appointed time.   To guarantee minimal waiting time, we need your help by arriving promptly to your appointment.  If you are running behind, there is a 15 minute grace period.  In the event you’re more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule. It's also considered as you canceling your appointment with less than 24 hours notice.

  2. During your consultation, be HONEST! - There is no wrong answer. We need to know your full hair history. Don’t be embarrassed at what you do or don’t use. What you have or have not done in the past. We need to know! Things you think are small details or wont matter, 100% effect the state of what is about to happen on top of your head!

  3. This is an adult establishment.- Please understand that this is not a place to bring your children where they will have entertainment. It is a place where services involving chemicals happen. Not to mention the floor by your chair is not an acceptable play area. We understand that some times, it's the only option. But please make arrangements to keep little ones busy AND SAFE for your appointment. This a place for you and others to escape the outside world and relax in the magical environment. Please keep that in mind with the kiddos and if they require something with sound please bring a headset to maintain the relaxation of others as well as your self.

Cancelation Policy
Please give a courtesy notice of at least 24 hours to avoid charges (we are understanding to an extent). Late cancellations will be subject to a payment of 50%. “No call, no shows” will be subject to a payment of 100%   We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not call or show for two consecutive scheduled appointments
Lost or Forgotten Items -
We can not be responsible items left behind during your appointment.  Although, we would love to store all items left behind, unfortunately there is not enough space.  If items happen to be left at the salon for longer than two weeks they will be discarded or donated.

Fees-
All fees for services performed are expected upon completion of service. We would be delighted to discuss all charges and fees.  Keep in mind all services are individually priced, please request a total price prior to receiving services.  all items will be detailed on your email/ text receipt (should you chose to receive one) Also, salon credit is not an option. We do accept all major credit cards, cash and gift certificates purchased from us.

Return policy 

I strive to offer my guest the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having any challenges with your color or cut please contact me with in 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct any issues at no additional charge. 

Unused retail can be exchanged with in 30 days of purchase.
